How Does It Work?
- 1During our initial meeting, we'll discuss your projects, work methods, team, and expectations. It's essential for us to get to know you well and understand your business so that we can target candidates accurately, not only from a technical perspective but also from a human and business standpoint.
- 2You'll provide us with the first position to test our collaboration. We'll handle it internally and may ask additional questions if needed. Throughout the recruitment process, we maintain close contact with your hiring manager, focusing on essential matters to allow them to fully dedicate themselves to their work.
- 3We usually present the first candidate within 14 days in the form of a one-page profile that contains all relevant information in a structured format. At this point, the candidate has already been thoroughly assessed by both our HR and IT consultants.
- 4If you're interested, you can immediately invite the candidate for an online/onsite interview or request our consultant to facilitate a meeting.
- 5If everything goes well from both sides, all that's left is to sign the contract, and your new colleague can start.
